Jason Bowers is a Principal UX and Product Designer focused on turning complex systems into scalable, usable products. With over 25 years of experience, he has worked across start-ups, agencies, and enterprise organizations—designing SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, and systems that simplify complexity at scale.
His work sits at the intersection of UX strategy, design systems, and identity-driven experiences. Jason specializes in bridging product, engineering, and security—translating complex workflows, infrastructure, and identity challenges into intuitive, scalable user experiences.
More recently, his focus has shifted toward agentic AI systems for identity orchestration, where he helps shape how intelligent systems operate securely and effectively within modern platforms.
Throughout his career, Jason has collaborated with organizations including Adobe, American Express, Comcast, CenturyLink, FedEx, Jumpcloud, National Geographic, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), Oracle, and Strata. His work has been recognized by the Congressional Art Award and Print Magazine’s Regional Design Annual, and he has contributed to publications such as Web Designer Magazine and O’Reilly Media’s Effective UI.
Jason previously served as an adjunct professor at the University of Colorado Denver, teaching design, user experience, and research, and continues to mentor designers as they grow in their careers.
